Final Blow Covid-19 Safety Plan

Final Blow will be held outside Every Thursday from 7:30-8:30PM.

Final Blow is asking ALL attendees to actively sign in on a log sheet, “Contact Tracing” and to allow us to perform a contactless temperature check. Just in case there is an outbreak we can successfully contact you to inform you.
Please be mindful we are also adopting the facemask mandate that was put into effect June 24, 2020:Washington State Department of Health issues an order requiring anyone in Washington State to wear a cloth face covering in public when unable to remain 6 feet away from others. It will go into effect on Friday, June 26, 2020.
If there is an outbreak we ask you to self quarantine for 2 weeks. If you feel you may be infected we ask you to please visit a free testing site to be checked before attending.IE: Skagit Valley College
We ask you to be mindful of the 6ft social distancing guideline whenever possible.If members are from the same household it is recommended to be seated together as a single unit.Do limit contact, we will have disposable readings, we ask you to place them in the trash can after the meeting.We will also not be passing around any literature as of now to limit exposure.We are providing the outdoor location with appropriate PPE Gear. We will be providing face masks for those who don’t already have them, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves & disinfectant spray.
The public restrooms are closed at this time there for there is no need for housekeeping/ sanity service at this time.At this time no coffee/beverage service will be provided.
